Work Description
The mission of this role is manage and develop Ruukki RUS Construction customer and product portfolio(s) aligned to Ruukki strategy, policies and procedures to fulfil strategic business goals and ensure that Ruukki presents a united face to the customer regardless of the contact person.
Main responsibilities:
> in charge of profit and loss, all sales activities (whole sales process) and personnel involved in sales
> leadership of the sales personnel
> analysing of sales statistics to increase market share in existing markets
> search of new customers and business opportunities
> setting the performance goals for sales and monitoring performance
> hiring, training and firing personnel involved in sales
> development of customer relationship (incl. pricing rules at the products and solutions, deliveries and customer complaints) with customers and partners
> development and implementation of sales plans
> responsibility of sales budget
> utilization of corporate sales processes and tools
Personnel and/or Economical responsibilities:
5 employees
Reporting to:
Sergey Anisimov, Commercial director
Travelling:
Yes, throughout Russia. At least 40% of working time.

Requirements:
Education
Preferably Master’s degree
Qualifications and Experience:
> at least 5 years of experience at management level in customer relationship/business-to-business sales
> several years of experience in business area at international market environment
> upper-intermediate English
> customer relationship management skills
> business-to-business sales skills
Meriting
> engineering degree
> knowledge of construction materials area (or other close products, e.g. metal, roofing membrane, mineral wool, concrete)
> fluent English
Personal and Functional Skills
> good presentation skills
> exceptional leadership and negotiation skills
Salary and Benefits
High fixed salary + quarterly bonus (20% of the salary for the quarter)
